Who We Are

POP Creators is operated by Poptech Growth Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. We run a creator monetisation platform at srahulds.github.io/pop-studio that connects content creators with brand campaigns.

What Data We Collect

When you sign up as a creator, we collect:

• Facebook identity data — your name and email address, obtained via Facebook Login to verify your identity
• Instagram handle — the username you provide for your creator account
• Phone number — for UPI payout processing
• Content links — Instagram post/reel URLs you submit for campaigns
• View counts — performance metrics you self-report or that we pull via Instagram API

We do not collect passwords, financial account details, or any data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity and create your creator account
• To match you with relevant brand campaigns
• To process payouts via UPI to your registered phone number
• To track campaign performance and calculate milestone bonuses
• To communicate campaign approvals, rejections, and payout confirmations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Facebook Login

We use Facebook Login solely to verify your identity. We request only public_profile and email permissions. We do not post to your Facebook profile, read your friends list, or access any other Facebook data.

Your Facebook User ID is used internally to link your account. It is never shared externally.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region). We use row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible by you and authorised POP administrators.

We retain your data for as long as your creator account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request complete deletion of your account and data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email creators@popclub.co with the subject line "Data Request".

Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email creators@popclub.co with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days and send you confirmation.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically the authentication session cookie required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
• Facebook / Meta — identity verification via Facebook Login (privacy policy)

Children's Privacy

POP Creators is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our platform evolves. We will notify active creators of any material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
